🧾 Do You Qualify?
To be eligible for the Income-Qualified Heat Pump Rebate, you must:
Use electric resistance heating (e.g., baseboards or electric furnace)
Live in BC and be a customer of FortisBC or select municipal electricity providers
Own and live in your primary residence (single-family, duplex, townhouse, etc.)
Meet income eligibility requirements (see below)
Have a home that’s 10+ years old, under 3,500 sq. ft.
